Implementation of Learning Strategy “Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD)” in Improving the Learning Outcomes of Students at the University of Darussalam Gontor For Girls 2019/2020

University of Darussalam Gontor is a university that pays attention to the Arabic language. One of them is to make Arabic as the official language which should be applied by all the students at all levels. But in the matriculation classes at this university, teachers still use Indonesian language in teaching. They still use the old method, so that the coed is not excited in the classroom. Then, the researcher want to implement the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) strategy on Arabic material in order to improve the activity and learning outcomes of students Non-graduate of Kulliyyatul Muallimin al-Islamiyah class B in Arabic lessons at the University of Darussalam Gontor For Girls 2019/2020. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK). The implementation of the strategy of Student Team Achievement Divisions has achieved increased interest and learning outcomes in Arabic subjects
